Each ALT teaches one grade which consits of 10 classes and 400 students. Very big, sports-oriented school. 2 out of the 3 grades are normal team-teaching (do an activity with the teacher) while for 1 grade, the ALT is expected to plan 50-minute lessons on their own and conduct them as the main teacher with the OTE there to translate if needed.
Usually teach around 13 classes a week, 2-4 classes a day.
English level is relatively high. Students are very enthusiastic and teachers are very busy.
All ALTs also teach once a week at a special needs school in place of elementary.
