The Nishinomiya campus of the private educational institution Konan University. Many Kobe and Hyogo ALT(s) volunteer in English conversation activities with the college students at Konan Chat, which is held from 6:00 to 7:30 on Thursdays in the Nishinomiya CUBE building.

Konan Chat is a program in which Konan University Students can meet and converse with ALTs in order to practice speaking and listening English. A typical session groups one ALT with up to five university students. ALTs have access to use language games, music, and books in English to connect with the students.
”Kobe Gaidai" is the nickname lovingly used by ALT(s) for the Kobe City University of Foreign Studies. It is a common venue for Kobe BOE-sponsored activities such as Summer School and English Festival, and sometimes Job Training. Located right across the street from Gakuentoshi Station.
